All DoughGirl treats are baked to order and vacuum-sealed immediately. We use insulated packaging and gel packs for temperature-sensitive items to ensure they arrive at your doorstep tasting oven-fresh.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes! We have a dedicated 'Alternative Cravings' line that includes certified gluten-free cookies and 100% plant-based brownies. Please check the product descriptions for specific allergen information.
How long will my treats stay fresh once they arrive?
Our products stay fresh in their original packaging for up to 7 days. For longer storage, we recommend freezing them for up to 3 months; simply reheat in the oven for that 'just baked' experience.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
